Artist Statement

I aspire to create art which awakens the senses, celebrates the form, breaks all limitations and expresses the affirmation of the individual, an individual that is liberated and unconditioned. One that is inspired by the freedom to be himself, transcending anything which pulls down and gravitates, achieving perfect balance and equilibrium, being empowered by capability, will power, determination and passion, which transcends into unconditional freedom of the mind.

My inspiration comes from the extraordinary and triumphant individual who takes nature from its “standard” form of existence, stretches its limits, draws and pulls it in to dimensions that nature could not conceive itself; the dancer.

Our purest form of existence is ultimately the sensory one, no matter what our perception is; we are primarily performers of nature. As we constantly strive to stifle it, we ourselves in an eternal turmoil between our intellect and our passion.

Professional dance lives in complete harmony. It is the most liberated form of expression, it breaks all boundaries, it is unlimited and all-embracing. It expresses all beauty and absolute freedom through power and movement. The dancer overcomes all struggles, embodies unconditional and total beauty and empowerment!

My aspiration is to create work, which inspires every individual with that strength, freedom and the ability to overcome any struggle; to have that capacity of free-will, free-thought and self-assurance, as the dancer; to soar above!
